Unlike many real estate agents who fuel their business with constant door knocking and cold calls - which only takes time away from their current clients - I knew I wanted to be different. I wanted to work with and form lasting relationships with people who I really know, genuinely enjoy spending time with, and admire. This goal and focus has allowed me to established myself in San Diego County as a trusted real estate advisor who has a sound reputation for making my clients' real estate needs my top priority.

I am proud to say that I have successfully been able to build a real estate business that is almost 90% by referral. I continually strive to improve my skill set and serve my clients in such a way that they feel at the end of our transaction that they can give me the highest compliment that any business owner can receive: the recommendation that the people they care about use me to sell or buy a home.

Many sellers move out of the greater San Diego area and sometimes even out of California. Moving to a new city and brand new real estate market certainly isn't easy, so I make it a priority to continually build and maintain a reliable network of like-minded agents throughout North America to refer my clients to if the need arises. I am a full service agent with my clients' needs in mind at all times, so placing my clients in the most capable hands with an experienced, trusted Realtor in whatever location they may be moving to is important. Throughout the year, I spend time with elite agents from real estate markets throughout North America to invest in professional and personal development, cultivate market awareness, and grow my geographic network of Realtors to introduce to my clients when needed.

I Love to Give Back!

My business would not be complete if I didn’t find a way to give back to the community I live in and serve. Each year during the Holiday season, my business is matched with a local family with children of all ages or multiple veterans who are facing different challenges. My husband, children, and I go CRAZY shopping for and assembling and delivering gifts to Interfaith to make sure that there are no empty spots under the tree when Christmas morning rolls around. Giving back gives me and my business significance and true worth, and showing my children the importance of taking care of those in our community will always be a personal priority.

I’ve also partnered with Interfaith to participate in their Make It a Home program. Interfaith does a wonderful job housing families or individuals who are working hard at getting back on their feet. Once Interfaith finds them suitable housing we donate anything they may need to make this new place a home, including sheets, blankets, kitchen utensils, plates and cups etc. I’ve asked my clients to join me and contribute through our Amazon Wish List that has been set up with items each family or individual needs to get started in their new home. Then I deliver all the items directly to Interfaith. If you are interested in getting involved you can join me in donating items from our wish list or gift cards so I can purchase what Interfaith is needing the most.
